2. User-Submitted Text
Text you submit for humanization is sent to our AI processing provider to generate the rewritten output. Submitted text is used solely to provide the Service to you. Please do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential business information, or regulated data (e.g. health, financial account details).
3. Usage Tracking
To enforce plan quotas and improve reliability, we record metadata about your humanization requests, such as timestamp, language, style, and word count. This data is tied to your account.
4. Subscription and Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Raw payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted checkout and are not stored on our servers. We receive limited information from Stripe such as your subscription status, plan, and billing interval, which we use to activate your plan.
5. Cookies and Session Technology
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), managed authentication, and Row-Level Security on our database to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.
7. Data Retention
Account and usage metadata are retained while your account is active. On account deletion, personal data is removed except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
