1. About the Service
Human Write All Language ("the Service", "we", "our") is an online AI-assisted writing tool that helps users rewrite and humanize text into more natural, fluent, and authentic writing across 15 supported languages. The Service is operated by MF PROPERTY CARE.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes any rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Submit content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content in contexts that require original human work.
5. Subscription Services and Usage Limits
The Service offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Student, Amateur, Pro). Each plan includes specific usage quotas and per-request word limits shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout. Quotas and limits are subject to fair-use enforcement.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the text you submit. By submitting text, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process that text solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. The Service software, branding, and interface remain the property of MF PROPERTY CARE and its licensors.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
The Service uses AI models to rewrite text. Output may occasionally contain errors, awkward phrasing, or unintended changes in meaning. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it. The Service is designed to improve writing quality; we do not claim to guarantee bypassing AI-detection systems.
9. Prohibited Misuse
You may not use the Service to produce content intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or harm others, or to circumvent academic, professional, or legal integrity requirements you are bound by.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MF PROPERTY CARE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months prior to the claim.
11. Termination or Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that risks harm to the Service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support.
12. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
