Refund Policy

How subscription billing, cancellations, and refund requests are handled.

Human Write All Language is operated by MF PROPERTY CARE. This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through the Service.

1. Subscription Billing

Paid plans (Student, Amateur, Pro) are billed in advance at the interval shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

3. Refund Requests

Refund eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email support@humanwrite.app with your account email, the date of the payment, and a short explanation of the reason for the request.

4. Eligibility Review

Refund requests are generally considered where:

  • The payment was a clear duplicate or accidental charge.
  • The Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
  • A technical issue on our side prevented normal use of the plan.

Refunds are not guaranteed for usage that has already been consumed, or where the issue relates to third-party services outside our control.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you were charged twice for the same billing period, contact support with the Stripe receipt IDs and we will refund the duplicate charge.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
